EVNIX Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how EVNIX INC, a Delaware corporation (“EVNIX,” “we,” “us”), handles information when Managers, Vendors, and Clients use the EVNIX app, website, support channels, and related services.
Information we collect
- Account and profile: name, email, company, role, country, city, state or province, login provider, and authentication identifiers.
- Projects and user content: project names and addresses, customer and team information, schedules, budgets, assignments, chats, photos, closeouts, checklists, delays, updates, bids, estimates, invoices, and files.
- Vendor compliance: business contact details, workers’ compensation insurer and policy information, certificate files, agreement acknowledgements, and payout-provider status.
- Payments: transaction status, amount, currency, invoice/payment references, and payout status. Payment providers process card and bank details; EVNIX does not store raw card, bank-account, or routing numbers.
- Technical data: push token, operating system, app version, limited usage events, crash stack traces, crash-related device state, and diagnostic logs.
- Location: with permission, country, city, and state/province used during registration. EVNIX stores broad location rather than GPS coordinates. Project addresses support currency, weather, and code features.
- AI requests: EVNIX AI building-code question, trade, project city/state/country, and code-source context needed to produce an answer.
- Website and beta requests: information you provide in the website or beta application, such as name, email, company, role, location, device, and comments.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users; enforce company, project, and role permissions; provide collaboration and records; send notifications; process and reconcile payments; provide weather and code assistance; support users; prevent abuse; diagnose crashes; improve reliability; comply with law; and protect users and the public.
Sharing and service providers
Project information is visible only to authorized participants according to their role. Providers may include Supabase for authentication, database, realtime functions, and private file storage; Google Firebase for notifications and crash reporting; Stripe or another disclosed payment provider; the social sign-in provider chosen by the user; an AI provider for EVNIX AI; and Framer for website hosting and forms. EVNIX may also disclose information when legally required, for safety or security, during a business transaction, or at the user’s direction.
EVNIX does not sell personal information and does not use it for third-party behavioral advertising.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while needed to provide EVNIX. You can request deletion in the app under Account > Privacy, terms & support, on the account deletion page, or by emailing evan@evnix.app. Requests are normally completed within 30 days.
Some construction, contract, payment, tax, insurance, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, and compliance records may be retained for the period required by law or legitimate project obligations. Retained records are access-restricted and removed or anonymized when the obligation ends. Backups expire on their normal retention cycle.
Security and international processing
EVNIX uses private storage, encryption in transit, role-based access, row-level security, signed file links, secret management, and device protections. No service can guarantee absolute security. The first public release is offered for projects in the United States. Service providers may process information in other countries using appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent and may complain to a regulator. Applicable United States state privacy rights are honored after appropriate verification.
Children
EVNIX is intended for adults and business users. It is not directed to children under 18.
